Terms of Service

HL Hunt provides payment acceptance, payout, billing, and related financial technology services as described on our website and in your account agreement. Services are available to businesses that complete our underwriting process and maintain compliance with these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

We review each applicant before activating live processing. You agree to provide accurate business information and to notify us of material changes to your business model, ownership, or products. Any reserve or risk terms will be disclosed and agreed in writing before activation.

Fees are published at payments.hlhunt.org/pricing and in your account. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any fee increase. Network pass-through fees may change when card networks change them.

Funds are settled to your designated bank account on the schedule shown in your account, typically the same business day. We may delay settlement only as disclosed in your agreed risk terms or as required by law or network rules, and we will notify you of any such delay.

You are responsible for chargebacks and associated fees under network rules. HL Hunt provides automated dispute response tooling; you remain responsible for the accuracy of evidence and for maintaining dispute ratios within network thresholds.

You agree to comply with applicable law, card network rules, and our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to store card data outside HL Hunt tokenization unless you maintain your own PCI DSS compliance.

You may close your account at any time. HL Hunt does not terminate accounts through automated processes. If we must terminate for legal, network, or material breach reasons, a member of our team will contact you with the reason and the process for final settlement of your funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HL Hunt's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HL Hunt Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
